Hi yall! My name is Caroline. I absolutely love to cook, and I love to eat even more (duh)! The last couple years I have expanding my cooking into creative ways to eat low-carb because I found out I actually have insulin resistance. To summarize, my body doesn't like food that normal people's body do, like carbs and sugar. Only two of the best things someone can eat, right?? When I found this out I knew that I could not possibly eat just meat and vegetables for the rest of my life, I needed something else. So that's how I began getting creative and making fun, delicious, and low-carb/low-sugar recipes! While I may post the occasional un-healthy recipe, I hope yall enjoy these recipes as much as I do!!
