These ground beef bowls are soooo delicious and really easy to make when you're in a hurry! They also can be made with ground turkey, ground chicken, whatever you like! They're sweet and a little spicy and you can add more of whichever ingredient based on your tastes, enjoy!

What you need:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp splenda brown sugar blend*
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- olive oil
FOR ASSEMBLY:
- rice (whichever kind you prefer)
- green onion
- gochujang sauce**
- sesame seeds
- more red pepper if like spicy
*I use the splenda brown sugar blend just for less sugar and thats what i had on hand, but you can use regular light brown sugar instead, just change the measurement to 2 teaspoons
**i love gochujang suace you can find it in the asian section of grocery stores! It is sooo good with this it's a little sweet n spicy
How to Do it:
(1) Heat a splash of olive oil in a medium sized pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add garlic and onion and saute about 5 minutes until softened.
(2) Add in ground beef and ginger and break it up. While meat is cooking whisk that sauce together: soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper, brown sugar, and 2 tbsp water
(3) Once the meat is browned, pour in the sauce and mix up. Cover and let simmer on low for about 10 minutes!
(4) Assemble your bowls however you like and that's it!
